Design & Revision Policy
Version 2026-09-27 · Effective September 27, 2026
This policy is part of our Purchase Agreement.
Included revisions
Every custom design includes three (3) revision rounds. A round is one consolidated set of changes you send about a proof. Sending all your changes together gets you the most from each round. Your project page shows how many rounds you have used.
What is a revision
A revision adjusts the approved direction of the design, for example:
- changing colors, or the shade or finish of a color;
- moving, resizing or removing elements;
- editing text, phone numbers, websites or social handles;
- swapping a graphic element for a similar one;
- adjusting coverage on the same vehicle.
What is a redesign
A redesign is a new concept rather than a change to the current one, for example:
- a different theme, style or direction;
- starting over after a concept was approved;
- a different vehicle, body style or model year;
- adding a service or coverage that was not in the original order.
Redesigns, and revision rounds beyond the three included, are quoted before we start them. We will always tell you before any extra charge applies.
Approval
Approving a proof locks the artwork. Please check spelling, contact details, logos and layout carefully before you approve. Changes after approval are new work and may be charged, and for print orders they may need a new print.
Response times
We aim to send each revised proof within a few business days of receiving a complete set of changes; your project page shows the current estimate. Timelines pause while we wait for your feedback.
