These Terms of Service govern your use of jayscardesigns.com (the "Site"), operated by Jay's Car Designs ("JCD", "we", "us"). Purchases are also governed by our Purchase Agreement, which you accept before adding a service to your cart.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to interfere with the Site, access other customers' information, or use the Site to send content you do not have the right to share.

Accounts and project links

You are responsible for keeping your account and your private project link secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access, and we will replace your link.

Content on the Site

Designs, images, text and graphics on the Site belong to JCD or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or distribute them without our written permission.

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, JCD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, except where the law of your place of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted on the Site applies from its effective date.
